I can't find a chip that fits my engine
  • Have you tried searching with the VIN number on the front page (if it’s a car)?
  • Some models have different names abroad than in Norway, and it’s possible that the name in our lists is the foreign one.

I'm wondering how Bestchip tuning works
  • Chiptuning with Bestchip connects directly to the engine (not the OBD port).
  • It’s a box that should remain permanently connected as long as you want the engine tuned (cable ties are included in the package so you can secure it in a safe, dry spot in the engine bay).
  • If you disconnect the chip, the engine returns completely to stock, and it usually can't be detected that it was tuned (except for certain car models that log sensor deviations, but it’s very rarely possible to conclusively identify chiptuning).
I have ordered but not received the item

I have received the item but I'm having problems
You’ll find lots of useful information on how to connect the chiptuning box and solutions to common problems on "My page". Log in with your name and order number to access the manual, installation photos, and troubleshooting Q&A.
I’ve tried everything on my page but the chip still isn’t working.
  • Have you tried increasing the power? Check the manual.
  • Can’t find the connection? Check the installation photos!
  • Missing installation photos for your engine? Send us a message with a picture of your engine and we’ll help by marking where the connector is located.

I’ve connected everything correctly and tried everything, but I’m not satisfied with the item/product and want to return it.
